I would definately densify it, then i would use a penetrating sealer to protect against water damage..looks a lot like Captain America colors its going to be hard to find a blue pigment
Trying to get some ideas to help preserve this monument from deteriorating. It is the entrance to a temple that slid into the ocean about 60 years ago. We are going to do repairs. It is outside next to the ocean unprotected.I am trying to get some input on preserving it or slowing down the deterioration. One thought was to apply a densifier..
