Subject: Stain on white vitrified tiles
Message: Sir/ Madam,
I am facing difficulty removing dark gray and black stains off of my white vitrified tiles. These are on the kitchen floor, and developed during civil and carpentry work for the counter and storage cabinets. I went through your literature to remove stains by using poultice method, but I am unable to categorize these stains. As I mentioned, they have occurred during the time when cabinets and counters were done, so many a type of chemicals and cements were present. Kindly suggest a way forward. Appreciate your help and insight.
Thank you,
Digisha.
