Pat/Carl-have you ever used the hertron ceramic/ porcelain polish.

I think it is a crystallizer for ceramic of some sort.

I heard it works well but-

I haven't used it yet so I don't know what it is or isn't capable of-

Then the tile supplier recommended cleaning with Aqua Mix tile & grout cleaner (alkaline) and the same thing happened.

No residue on surface, can't feel a difference on tiles, if you wet it, it darkens for a split second
