Maybe the fabricators treated the edges with something that has
soaked in, Where the stove cutout, being rough cut and most opened
pored has drawn in the treatment deepest
Maybe it's enhancer or a wax?

I was
sent this video of a quartzite top. Around the edges
the stone is getting dark. The question, what is causing the
problem and is
there a remedy? The
stone was sealed
with dry treat?
