This epoxy terrazzo appears to be spalling.

The client says it got that way from salt.

He wants it repaired-

I think the pour may have been marginal from the start as there is substantial pitting in other areas of the floor.

I think his best option is to replace the floor.

The damage looks extensive-I think grinding will make it worse.
