This epoxy terrazzo appears to be spalling.The client says it got that way from salt.He wants it repaired-I think the pour may have been marginal from the start as there is substantial pitting in other areas of the floor.I think his best option is to replace the floor.The damage looks extensive-I think grinding will make it worse.Opinions please
