You can also try to abrade it off. Sometimes a polishing powder or even a honing powder might work

Thanks Stu! I’ll try this as well.

That’s going to be hard to remove.
I would use a paint stripper like methylene chloride or similar. Let the stripper dwell on the tile for a bit then use hot water
Run machine with a black stripping floor pad. Do in sections and adjust process.

Since it is porcelain, a color enhancer would certainly not penetrate the tile itself. I would suspect there is excess material smeared on the surface.
I complete a test area and would use mineral spirits and a pad under a floor machine to loosen the sealer and wipe it up with old towels or rags.
Then clean the surface with a Stone & Grout Intensive Cleaner. Evaluate and repeat as necessary.
Do a test go confirm results and procedure.
Good luck.

Riadh,
What type of tile?
Is it a saltillo or similar type tile?
I would guess that there maybe excess left on the tile or that it was not applied correctly or that it was the wrong sealer for that tile.
Knowing the type of tile will help with the diagnosis and course of action.

Good evening Pros,

Has anyone come across the need to remove this 511 sealer from tile. My customer decided to smear all over his band new floor and the Mrs is not happy.

I looked online and the Miracle Heavy Duty Cleaner is what I could come up with.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Best regards,
