Knock out the tile insert . Recut the floor and polish to the finish they want.cut out the grout line and regrout. charge about 150,000 to 200,000 . I done know if you make a profit by spending that much time to fix it. Or like Fred said it's time to call jack . Hector castillo

The contractor sold the having a totally flat floor , and he volunteered to use Akemi on the floor. The contractor was told not to touch the ceramic insert. And he did they are dips and gauges close to insert, grout lines are horrible, different colors, they have in some areas bled into the stone. The shine is looks like they crystallized the shit out of it. W My question is they're a way to save this and I quote " $300,000" floor.
