to save it.
I would do like Hector said, I would cut out the inserts grind the floor
and then put the inserts back in.
Not impossible to do but I would want to get paid big money to do it.

Knock out the tile insert . Recut the floor and polish to the finish they want.cut out the grout line and regrout. charge about 150,000 to 200,000 .
