I have been successful in removing silicon stains with methylene chloride/paint stripper mixed in a poultice. but you have to make sure you get all of the hardened silicone off first

I would appreciate any help on resolving this problem. Quantize top installed, sealed with Dry Treat. Edges with Clear Akemi Enhancer and you can see from the picture they have a dark ring around the edges. However the homeowner pointed out on a window ledge where they did not silicone the stone to cabinets. Please see attached pictures.
