hart to tell from the pictures if there is pitting in those areas and soap scum is accumulating or maybe is sealed and the sealer dray on top and is reacting with acidic products. I would try marble polishing powder which will remove the sealer and revile perfect granite if that's the case or like Fred said doctored granite loosing dye
