Thats what is bad talking tape on stone and or even carpet. It looks like it cleans right off and then later its back again.
Stone I usually just grind it off to get rid of it. I’ve seen it over and over.
Looks like sealer not allowing areas to soak. Ive seen Porous plus
and bullet proof do that
