I've love my Kilndex, also have a bulldozer which has worked well and I like the way the weights sit on the shroud.

Great thread. It Appears that all my machines are self destructing at the same time. What other machines do people use? I have two stone medics, a TMI hawk, Klindex Levighetor, Some Kent model and a few really light machines.B

Sorry yes to that question. The engineer would need to reset for you them. That can happen often also.
The lighter machine I talked about... I can polish with mb12 with it and that can be a fight some times, but the little 1.5 horse on it doesn’t even blink. Its is one we can use dry also with vacuum connected. Hardly ever trips a breaker. Also can buy weighted driver for added weight. And has a very nice splash guard made for it. We never put plastic on walls for protection.

Most building up here in Phila don't like leaving the door open to the elect closet so we need to call engineering every time it trips.
That's why I switched to the old Nilfisk machine with a built in breaker.
I had a company buying the machines from me but they are switching to the CCG 1700 17'' because VMC lowered their pricing.
So I figured I would get some input on their machine

Just go to fuse panel and reset breaker
Best Regards,Randy Frye, CEI Surface Pros239-253-1991Does the CCG 1700 17'' have a built in circuit breaker or you have to call engineering every time it trips?
Thank you

Very good machines. I have two 17 inch and two 20 inch. And two of their lighter 17 inch machines. All have served us well. Been using since the yr 2000. Heavier machine which you inquire of I don't use much now but for leveling jobs. If can't get my Lavina's on the work face. I will also use them for crystallizing jobs like large hotel lobby's. Those you requested info on most of the time will need a good 20 amp breaker for the power resource during a heavy working because they will trip the breaker. For every day use I suggest their light machines. Which I don't see on their website but I bought from vmc. The machine has a tag labeled www.Mh500.comBut like I said these I purchased from vmc.
Best Regards,Randy Frye, CEI Surface Pros239-253-1991Has anybody used the VMC CCG 1700 17'' machines? If so what is your opinion of the machine
