Just to clarify, friction sealer from slip grip is not topical and allow customers to keep glossy finish.
Micro etching will remove gloss from the marble, something that customer may not want to do. But if he doesn't care about the finish, than i would go with honed finish like John suggested.

I would not use any product that is an acid etching product on the marble surface.
