It is very similar to a product called Tekon that is one of the first nano technology sealers. They have a granite and marble/limestone version and some of their own cleaners, and a pre-seal for very porous materials. They are not unlike Dry-treat in that they over promise the results and have slippery warrantees. They both are franchises and exclusive territories, so they charge a crazy amount for sealing, no competition in any given area to bid against. Clever but kind of a scam. My friend once got a look at a msds and said it was very similar to a Stone Tech pro product we were using.

Remember they only protect against staining and not etching.  Make sure your customer knows the difference.
