The actual grout looks fine-just a cleaning will suffice. The change of plane caulking needs to be replaced . Find a matching silicone caulk and youll be good to go. Make sure that the moisture in the lower joint wont make it impossible to place the new caulking. You will most likely need to dry it out or you can use a backer rod prior to caulking.
