The monkey pad will probably not add much shine to the fill but if you want to try using some crystallizer, the solids in the crystallizer will add the shine you are looking for.

I have a floor that looks like someone used Buff epoxy fill to fill the holes'
The marble floor has a high gloss. Can the fills be polished? I was thinking of trying 11000 monkey pad on a Makita.
