There are several things you could do including using a black paste wax. I would try that first.

Subject: Black granite loss of color after grinding
So my guys ground this black granite and the color won't come back it's an older top so I didn't think it was dyed. They also slightly dipped it which will be a fun fix but wondering what can be done to bring back the color. Going to try to fix today. They tried enhancing it already to no avail.
