I almost bought into them too and then saw their bad reviews.

I use Quick books and they also have CRM service software.  It is wonderful.

Hi.  I was wondering what sort of Customer Relationship Management software, systems, etc our partners are using.  I was suckered into using Salesforce a while back and it has become convoluted and hard to navigate, and customer service is terrible. I am considering going back to the back of a napkin, excel, filemaker or some other kind of system that is easy to use, can generate labels, reports etc without a lot of work arounds. I have now spent hours this week trying to get Salesforce to do some relatively simple things but I am no better off than I was on Monday.  One small example: If I try to run a report of accounts and contact names (together) salesforce will only allow me to run a report of accounts with contact names.  If the account does not have a contact name, it will not show me the account.  The problem is that many of my accounts are the name of the contact and so a separate contact name was never created.  Would love to hear what other people's experience is.
