It’s the honed travertine 18’ x 18’ from home depot. It has custom building products non sanded grout and wants lippage removed and polished to a satin finish. I can guarantee he’s not going to do this because he spent the time to install 1200 sqft himself but I’m just going through the motions for good practice. I wanted insights on tooling for lippage removal and what steps to achieve these results. Just in case he does go with it I just want to be prepared thanks again Stu appreciate it.

I am doing an estimate for first lippage removal. There isn’t a large amount of lippage removal, and it isn’t that bad in most areas, but I want to know the steps required for the removal and suggestions on pricing. Also if anyone knows of any hidden problems that I may encounter while doing the job that would affect the price. Let me know any information will helpful.
Thank you,
