Anyone have experiance buffing out scratches on glass shower walls and door?

Client tried to remove limescale off of his glass and created light circular scratches, which created a hazy look.

He does not want to replace and is willing to pay good money to have it renewed.

Attached is a pic.

Also I picked up several scratch  remover compounds for plastic and glass. This helped allot, but when you view the glass from the side it still apears a tad hazy and you can see circular marks from his original buffing.

I'm wondering if anything like tin oxide or something topical buffed in may help, Or just a better compound.

Thank you for your suggestions.
