Agree with Fred-Cant change the flaking of the slate.
Its the nature of the material.

This slate is on an exterior patio. In some areas it's chipping off. I want to use a solvent based enhancer on it. Is there any way to arrest the chipping off of the slate? Will The enhancer possibly inhibit the chipping? Stuart at Santa Fe Floor Care
