Hello Partners,
I was on a giant yacht that has onyx bathrooms.  They had a backup of some sort in the bathroom from the toilet and the onyx tiles were badly pitted.  I know that onyx is restored like marble, but this stuff is soooo shiny I am afraid that I will not be able to duplicate the factory finish.  I am going to tape off the tiles in the toilet area and only refinish them but not the rest of the floor because they are not damaged.  Any suggestions on trying to match the factory shine would be greatly appreciated.  This is the third large yacht I have been on and the quality of the stone is unsurpassed.  Photos attached.

Thanks,
Barry
