My thoughts too. You can't argue with the customer. But wanted a
little more info for the insurance co.

We do a lot of Travertine Kitchens.
It's normal for areas with a lot of traffic ( travertine) to  have the fill degrade. Doesn't seem like the water had much of an effect if it's only in the kitchen.
