Polyester fills don't do well in moisture-Are the fills sound? Are they solid or have they shrunk enough that you can pop them out?If so remove all the ones you can and refill making sure that the travertine isnt not damaged or spalled.Or if they are still tight but shrunk enough to leave a small gap fill with CA gel(colored buff) or similar and resand.

I have a travertine floor that had a major flood. In one small heavy traffic area the epoxy fillsare higher and some lower could the large amount of water and drying the house out have affected the height of the fills?
