Agree with Fred.
We sell th "Te blossom" but you may want to try a little heat first from a torch.
Sometimes Bleach will help as well.
I just fold up some paper towels about 10 ply and pour the bleach on .
The te blossom is a bit of a process-It does work

this caused by CA glue that fabricators use. There is a product you can buy from Tenax called Te blossom that will remove it
