Good Morning,
How old was this pour when it was coated? Concrete cures and efflorescence happens up to one hundred years before full cure. If this was a relatively new slab ( ten years or less, this will likely continue to occur. In Florida these stamped and coated slabs, this is becoming commonplace. Fred is always correct, this needs to be stripped and some alternative needs to be considered .

My two cents

Yup  need to find the cause of the moisture. I would remove the coating and let it breath and check it again in a few months

Hey Pro’s I have a customer with Stamped concrete that’s spalling.
My moisture readings are high. Seems like water is trapped underneath the concrete coating and moisture is trying to evaporate out, causing the Spalling.
Where ever the white spots are with efflorescence the concrete has disintegration.
If we were to strip & refinish the stamped concrete I suspect it will soon happen again.
What is your opinion?
Thanks
