Hey Pro’s I have a customer with Stamped concrete that’s spalling. 
My moisture readings are high. Seems like water is trapped underneath the concrete coating and moisture is trying to evaporate out, causing the Spalling. 
Where ever the white spots are with efflorescence the concrete has disintegration. 
If we were to strip & refinish the stamped concrete I suspect it will soon happen again. 
What is your opinion?
