The pictures below of before and after show a older floor that required a deep cut like you where mentioning, the boss of the plant said, for the last 10 years they just kept rolling epoxy on it. We started our cut with (one bar 6 grit metal) and went to 800 resin. Also like your situation they can’t have any dust either so we used that powder in the slurry that make the slurry look like blown insulation and shoveled it into a dumpsters. This is the main walkway through the plant and was done a year ago. Its still looks this good as we speak. We where there last week to price out some more areas… That's how we know how its holding up. This hall is actually 330 feet long. We did the Husqvarna Hiperfloor system.
