That's looks great Randy-yeah I believe the way to go is deep grind and up thru the grits.
Densify until rejection.
Your floor looks great.

Hi Stu:

Relating to your comment on cutting deeper than we're use to. To get a better result and no dust.

The pictures below of before and after show a older floor that required a deep cut like you where mentioning, the boss of the plant said, for the last 10 years they just kept rolling epoxy on it. We started our cut with (one bar 6 grit metal) and went to 800 resin. Also like your situation they can’t have any dust either so we used that powder in the slurry that make the slurry look like blown insulation and shoveled it into a dumpsters. This is the main walkway through the plant and was done a year ago. Its still looks this good as we speak. We where there last week to price out some more areas… That's how we know how its holding up. This hall is actually 330 feet long. We did the Husqvarna Hiperfloor system.

Of coarse starting at the lower grit..6 metal and we... re-densified again after 200 grit resin. On their maintenance they scrub a couple times a day with auto scrubbers and twice a week they put Prosoco's daily cleaner in the rinse water that has a touch of densifier in it.

Yeah I think so-they wanted a coating-that's what we gave them because the surface is so trashed.
But I think we will try grinding deep and densifying to rejection, than bringing up to a smooth finish.
Its a dusting issue they are having.

Does anyone know of a good concrete coating for a high traffic warehouse running forklifts.
we applied an epoxy coating and a year later it is wearing badly in some areas.

Hi. Does anyone out there have a bead on obtaining polyaspartic coating supplies and training? Thanks so much.
