if they have absolutely no experience I will start them off at 13 an hour and increase them from there. I let them know the faster they learn the faster they get pay increases. it's not unreasonable for somebody able to run a job themself to get 23 to 25 dollars an hour

Anyone want to advise on fair starting wages for training? Also what would I expect to pay top end for good trained employee after a time. As I’m new to this business need to get good advice on these things.
