Find out why the grout is fall out .
We use injectafloor for guleing the tile down.
Hector Castillo
This is a tile lifting due to wall pushing the floor tiles we cut tiles at edge of wall and one grout joint and tiles when down.  Used a foam backer rod at walls and the joint we cut out.
Used sanded caulking at wall and that one joint. Re bonded the tiles that lifted with Injectafloor. This takes a lot work and people normally dont want to pay for the time to have it done.

Agree with Fred-we see this a lot-one of the other causes of this seems to be lack of sufficient(width under 1/16)Joint.
We use latex or 2 part flowing epoxy syringes from bonstone.
The latex seems to work very well.

There is a reason why the grout has come out and you need to find out why. Here are some reasons

1. The grout was poorly mixed in the first place
2. The tiles are loose and the movement is causing the grout to come out.

If the tiles are loose replacing the grout will not solve the problem.

Subject: Grout question

I have a client with loose tiles and the grout is all broken out. She had some
company tell them that if any loose grout is taken out and put new in that will
secure the tiles and grout will not break out. I have my own opinion on this but
would like to your opinions if you would please.

Thanks
Randy
