WOW! You need a 🍺 after that! You should have one on that employee with the proceeds from his docked paycheck! I know that guy. It's funny how you hired him but he knows how to do the job better than U!

On all vanity refinishing jobs the fixture area is mask off and protected from polish splash and blended back into that area.
What did this guy do? Well he didn't mask the fixture area and splashed the hell out of them and the marble all around them leaving etch marks everywhere. When I arrived at the jobsite to check on him I ask him why he didn't follow procedure of how he was taught to do it. I was told that "I was making a big deal out of this and my way was far too time-consuming " He wound up spending about a 1/2 hour getting the etch marks out of the marble and cleaning the polish out of all the little grooves in the faucet handles instead of taking 2 minutes to mask off the area 
Got to love them employees
