There call could be several reasons for your problem. You could be using too much powder. The water you are using the with your neutral cleaner is on the acid side therefore you need to use more neutral cleaner . your neutral is a poor quality cleaner .not all cleaners are neutral even if they claim to be.  You are not mopping down a heavy enough neutral barrier .  try mixing more neutral cleaner per gallon of water . apply the barrier so it much wetter.be sure to have the barrier wider than you splash from by our machine.
