We did a 3 month deal with Yelp, they were pushing for 1 year.   I wouldn’t do it again. 

 

If you’re in the food business (restaurants, fast food) I think it works.  Not for our Niche industry though.

We looked into it. The thing that really turned me off were the horror stories about negative ratings from crack pots that you can't get rid of. There have been lawsuits related to this. Worth checking those stories out.
