I have seen two companies come out from nowhere come on real strong with yelp, with good reviews, then get hammered with one really strong negative rating. The negative review from what I have seen destroyed them on Yelp.

We looked into it. The thing that really turned me off were the horror stories about negative ratings from crack pots that you can't get rid of. There have been lawsuits related to this. Worth checking those stories out.
