I am wondering what everyone's take is on regrouting vs color sealing. What would the difference in what I would charge someone for one vs the other?  We do a fair amount of color sealing and for some reason or other haven't come across much grout that is not structurally sound and should be replaced, although maybe folks replace grout as a matter of course anyway?
