Yes good point-Maybe it just needs to be cleaned and sealed and or densified.

The outside in Midwest is completely different ball game. Heat, wet, humid, freeze and huge temperature swings, we got it all. Challenge is to use Grout that can withstand all this.
I am looking for your recommendation and to share your experience if you have done something like this.
