We use dry treat a lot and have never had any issues-my guys will always test a sealer checking for darkening and ease of application.
I have seen dry treat darkened stones but not permanently like this example.
The sealer marks are deep-not sure I can get them out.
We are going to do a test patch using some fairly aggressive diamonds. 
We may try  various strippers like K and E and prosoco products. If that doesn't get it we will leave it open and chemically attack it.
We should be able to do a test this week and see.

I normally dont like to bash brands but I have seen so many failures and problems with Dry Treat in the last few years.  Sounds like you will need to try and strip it chemically. I know prosoco makes a stripper for sealers...Might want to give them a callImage removed by sender.
