We razor off the heavy deposits and then use MB-3 to remove the residues.
We have a new stain scrub coming out soon-here is the label proof.
Should be out in a few weeks.
Scrub works great on multiple surfaces.

I use a sanding technique using paper pads, approx 400 grit. It cuts thru the mineral deposits fast and after the paper loads will polish the stone with the same pad. You have to use some skill, go lightly when the pad is fresh.  Before you start use a window razor to remove all the soap scum.
