They are generally quite responsive.
Stone lok includes a few different versions such E2(2part),E3(3part) and MLT.
They are good products.
They also make TK 6 which is what we use quite a bit.
Easier to work with as you can dilute first coats with water.
The product gets harder and more dense after it cures which takes a few days.

They try to push calls and sales to their V-Seal distributor
