Carl makes a good point-you can use a heat gun to see if you can dry a small area.
How porous is the stone-that will help give you some info to work with.
However I would guess if it isn't moisture the cleaning process pulled the "color enhancer" from the face of the stone.
Try stripping off a tile with paint striper-if it removes the enhancer(if that what it is)-there you go.
May be able to go over it with a good quality enhancer and be done.

This granite has been power washed several times and then a bleach solution was used on it, resulting in streaking. Any ideas on hot to make the streaking go away?
