I agree with cpstaples. I’ve done about 8 jobs on pavers and one job on concrete and did have to lower heat for the concrete.

I thought the original request was about pavers and oil stains. Sorry for not going into concrete oil stains and what I see with that.

I would fill those holes and use that powder poultice I suggested.
