I got a guy in Ocala ,about the same deal, I have been called and fixed several of the abortions he called good stone restoration. I don't try to bad mouth,but I point out the proper steps required to make it flat and right. They always say "he didn't do that", makes for an easy sale even at twice what they just shelled out a month before
