Hi Jhon, have to start with 120 this floor has heavy scratches from service cart , I have re work 220 and 400 and 5x polishing powder , turn out ok ......
I don't mean to disappoint you sorry like I said I m learning from my mistakes,

Felipe,
You have forgotten what you learned in training. Very seldom do you need to start any lower than a 220 diamond then 400 ,5X polish and bee done. Unless the floor was trashed you should not have needed to start at a 120 grit.

Grout was non sanded and follow up I started 120 to 1800 and 5x polishing powder the floor is shine but looking straight down yo can see very fine scratches not in circular motion , well I ask the customer if they have new tiles and we open a new box and pull out two tiles and after inspection we were able to see the same scratches
I'm thinking some times they have this MG materials and color enhanced from factory , do I start over again from 120? Have you seen this before? Thanks Jhon and Stu

Felipe,
Was the grout sanded or non –sanded, I have seen floors grouted improperly using sanded grout and during the honing or even the polishing process some sand from the grout got into the slurry or the polish and will cause some scratching.
