We recently honed and polished a large commercial floor that looked very similar to what you have there. The honing and polishing reduced the level of yellowing but didn't get rid of it entirely. But the result was a more even color and look without the splotchiness.

Partners, I have a 6x10 Marble foyer with scratches and yellowing in the center of most of the tiels. Floor is around 20 years plus. Looks like iron. What is the proper way to test for iron and to correct problem.
