We use trizact pads from 3m but you can use festool or sia sandpapers as well.
They are expensive but work wonders on this stuff.
I would try and clean the crack-grind it with with 100 grit trizact and then fill and sand with a higher grit.
Finish with a maroon or silver 3m scotch brite pad for honed or high honed.
