Ive had to chisel out a few with razors, one I did with a pointed drimmel bit, another I dragged a diamond saw blade and was able to hold it so it cut straight, it's not to hard but  it makes black marks that wash off with acetone. the intergra is a nearly perfect match.

That looks like the fabricators glue line. It should not be visible on engineered quartz. Integra adhesives makes a color for every product out there see http://www.integra-adhesives.com/colour-charts/ . Get the stone name, match the Integra product from their color chart,(i work with a few fabricators and they will share if they have what I need) When you get the resin test it for a match and try razor the existing glue out and refill with correct color. sand with sand paper to finish.

Just went and looked at a new install for a Quartz island. It has a line down the edging and its faint in some areas and more distinct in others. The installer told her that is normal for Quartz. I included some pics hopefully you can see it. I haven't had a lot of experience with this type of counter is this normal or is it sh$t grade of Quartz. If you can fix it and what process anyone uses
