Yes that looks like super white to me-yep looks like a nice etch there as well.
This material gets sold as quartzite and or granite but its just a dolomitic marble-beautiful stone for sure.
You can get a sample to test before you do the job-its cuts easy and you shouldn't have any issues with it.
