I think that's a great idea. I just gave a 100 gift card to someone who refereed me several times.  Gave them an Outback Restaurant card

Holiday Gifts- I have a few key referral sources. Looking  for opinions on whether I should give them a holiday gift.  Say a gift certificate to an upscale restaurant.  Is that an appropriate token appreciate for referral sources? Appreciate any feedback!
