Unfortunately  my lead tech tried to take out a nice scratch on a porcelain tile. The home owner has extra tiles , but before we go the replacement route. We got a nice shine tile but not the same as the surrounding tiles. I found this advice on a recent question " To refinish the porcelain (tiles or fixtures) you can use aluminum oxide powders but it is easier to use a crème cleanser, Pro-Link or Emerald are some of the product names. These will cling and are very effective, will leave a polished finish. "  i   I tried to access the achieves for to search past topics on this subject but was unable to access  the archives. Any advice on service a porcelain tile to a nice gloss would be appreciated.

Don, I get them from a janitorial supply. the johnson product "Emerald" has a little acid in it and works well.
